Either they or their courier took 5 business days to drop off the package after printing the label, which was mildly irritating. The mat itself is great. It's actually cork, unlike the Novelkeys version.

Thank you for your continued support. I’d like to clarify the shipping label was printed on Friday the 8th, and the package was origin scanned on Wednesday the 13th. That equals only (2) business days between label creation and physical pickup. Perhaps you meant 5 days total which I totally get. Just for some perspective, as a small business, we cannot always do daily drop-offs, so pickups are scheduled 2–3 times per week. In this case, the package was dropped off on Monday but was not scanned until the courier pickup on Wednesday at our authorized drop-off location. This sometimes creates the appearance of a longer delay. We note on our checkout page that it may take 2–3 business days for an origin scan, and in rare cases, scans don’t occur until the day of delivery. I know it's rough sometimes, but we're trying! We greatly appreciate your support. Shipping delays are often out of our control, and reaching out directly helps us provide context.
