Your first order, which you described as a “fluke,” was delivered within 7 days of purchase, including a weekend. All of your orders have been fulfilled within 1–2 business days on our end. Once shipped, delivery timing is entirely dependent on the courier, which we do not control. As a small business, we also don’t have daily outbound pickups like large-scale retailers. If faster door-to-door delivery is a priority, we may not be the best fit, as typical transit times are around 4–5 business days. Given that this has already led to negative store reviews, it likely makes sense to source your sleeving elsewhere moving forward.
