We keep plenty of in-stock cables that ship immediately, but with the sheer number of color and hardware combinations we offer, no shelf could hold every option. A predesigned cable is a one-click configuration: a combination we’ve locked in because the colorway is popular, or because we build it in batches. It fulfills quicker than a full custom, but it is still made to order.
You get the same bespoke treatment as a custom commission. Your cable is built for your order and checked end to end before it goes out. We make sure every cable is perfect before it ships. That takes time, and we don’t rush it.

High quality, wishful thinking I guess but I wanted it to be darker to actually fit the dark green sonnet, it’s a completely different hue in the end. Pictures shows it but I figured it was just the lighting. Alas no, sad as I wanted it to match.

It seems you rated this 3 stars because you thought lighting was affecting the hue. If there is a next time, please just ask if you are concerned about a color or hue to ensure things meet your expectations. There are countless customization options available. We would have been more than happy to make adjustments. An easy way to make the green darker is using black sleeving underneath which would have matched more with the case as opposed to complimenting the color like originally designed.
